1. Collection
Collection is available from Die Pale Depot, 19 Cabernet Street, Saxenburg Park 1, Blackheath, Kuils River, 7580. Collection dates and times are subject to confirmed stock, order readiness and payment arrangements.
2. Delivery quotations
Delivery is quoted separately unless expressly included in a written quotation or order confirmation. Cost depends on destination, distance, quantity, weight/load, pole lengths, vehicle required, site access and offloading requirements. No blanket or automatically free delivery applies.
3. Delivery information
The customer must provide an accurate delivery address, suburb, postcode, contact person, product and quantity, access restrictions and offloading requirements. Material changes may require a revised delivery quotation.
4. Timing
Availability and lead time are subject to confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates until formally confirmed. Events outside reasonable control, supplier timing, route conditions, weather and access limitations may affect delivery.
5. Access and offloading
The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access for the confirmed vehicle and disclose gate widths, road surface, gradients, turning space, overhead restrictions and offloading equipment or labour needs. Where legally applicable and disclosed, failed delivery, waiting time, redelivery or access-related costs may be for the customer’s account.
6. Payment and release
Goods are not released merely because proof of payment is supplied. Funds must reflect and clear before release unless the customer has an approved credit account. Special-order goods proceed only after the agreed deposit or payment arrangement is satisfied.
7. Inspection and reporting
The customer or authorised representative should inspect the delivery and note visible shortages or damage promptly. Contact admin@diepaledepot.co.za with the order reference and supporting information.
