2. Catalogue and quotations
The website is a catalogue and request-for-quotation channel. It does not provide unrestricted checkout. A displayed product or price is not confirmation of stock, treatment, lead time, delivery or acceptance of an order. Please confirm availability.
3. Prices and VAT
Retail prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, with ex-VAT values where provided. Prices are based on the approved website price source and may be corrected where a clear error exists, subject to applicable law. Delivery, special treatment, special sizing, offloading and project-specific requirements are excluded unless expressly stated.
4. Quotations and orders
An RFQ submission is a request for pricing, not an accepted order. A quotation is governed by its stated validity, product specification, quantities, exclusions, payment terms and delivery/collection terms. An order proceeds only when accepted through the company’s authorised process.
5. Availability and specification
Stock quantities are not published in the catalogue. Treatment hazard classes and compliance statements are product- or project-specific and are not implied by family descriptions. K2/K3/K4 on tapered poles are size/classes, not treatment hazard classes.
6. Payment
Available methods may include EFT, card on collection and, once activated, Yoco/card online. Proof of payment does not authorise release; funds must clear unless approved credit terms apply. Customer-specific trade pricing and credit terms cannot be bypassed through the website.
7. Delivery, returns and privacy
The Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these website terms where applicable.
8. Website content
Images may represent a product family and not a specific diameter, treatment or current stock item. Reasonable care is taken with information, but customers must rely on the final written quotation/order confirmation for the approved product and supply terms.
9. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content and branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where law allows. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious files or interfere with its operation.
